Intuition is a powerful resource we often disregard. Our hidden voice, or gut feeling, holds a wealth of information that deserves our attention.
We are more prone to listening to our psychic abilities when a dangerous situation emerges. Later we will recite how, we just knew, what the right course of action should be, but intuition is a deeply embedded, natural gift that can be used as a guide in our daily lives as well.
Saving money is a concern for many women, and now, more than ever using your intuition as a guide is becoming a smart choice.
Three simple steps can be used to develop your psychic abilities and save you money in the process. Accessing your natural gifts must be learned and practiced before applying them to financial decisions.
The first step is to slow down. Women often find themselves in a flurry of activity. Most women I know juggle careers, children, spouses, domestic responsibilities, and activities. Very little time is given to relaxation, meditation, and rest, however; if you want the voice of intuition to be your guide you must give it your attention. On the surface that just looks like one more thing to throw on your list of duties, but it is so valuable, that once developed you will find that it is a friend that you can’t imagine your life without. Your time and energy is worth that.
Start small. If the only time you have to yourself is during your commute to work, do it then. Turn off the radio. Let go of the distractions surrounding you. By allowing yourself the freedom to slow down you will enable this key resource to emerge more naturally as time goes on. Better choices can be made when the space to make them is available. Granting that sense of space is useful from everything to organizing a shopping list, to purchasing a car. There is no need to rush. We often create circumstances that force us to live our lives in fast-forward. This is the source of much unnecessary stress. We can choose to slow down, and when we slow down the voice of intuition will start to emerge. It is then that we are free to accept the wisdom it has to offer.
Listening is the next step in developing your psychic abilities. Listening, in this capacity, can take on many forms. It often emerges as a feeling. We have all heard people say, “I just had a feeling about it.” But what does that mean, and what kind of feeling should you be looking for?
They can be very subtle at first. It can be a sense of calm, or a wave of nervousness. The feeling itself will vary depending on the circumstances. It takes time to develop this level of communication between your body and your mind, especially when being used for making mundane decisions when no strong feelings exist.
You will make errors because in your quest to hear the voice of intuition, you will inadvertently follow your mind. Starting out is tricky indeed, but don’t be discouraged. Think of it as a game and practice with every decision you make. Notice how your body feels once a decision is reached. A sense of relief often follows a good decision. Peacefulness, or lack of stress, is another sign that you are on the right track.
Listening becomes easier when we become still, which leads me to the final step. Give yourself time to react.
Imagine for a moment that you are at a car dealership and you’ve brought your intuitive abilities with. You have found exactly what you are looking for, but something deep inside tells you to wait. You want to ignore it because on the surface everything looks good. The car is in your price range, it’s the color you want, and it’s in good condition. It doesn’t make sense to wait, but the hidden voice persists. That’s when you call a time-out. Request more information about the car. Ask to have it inspected by a mechanic. If the car dealer wants to sell it, they will generally honor your request. Dig a little deeper. Are there hidden fees? What is the interest rate for financing this vehicle?
This is your intuition in action. It doesn’t always make sense, not to the logical mind anyway. The mind focuses on facts. Your psychic abilities follow a different set of rules. Think of it as a relationship. It takes time for trust to develop, and part of that process is learning how to sift through the emotions that emerge. One of the most challenging emotions is fear. It casts a dark cloud, which in turn, creates a lot of confusion.
Let’s say that you have decided to invest some money, but you can’t shake the sense that something bad is going to happen if you do. Stop. What are you afraid of? Is the state of the economy whispering misfortune in your ear? Is the investment broker you are dealing with reputable? Are any of your fears based in reality?
What if you have the opposite feeling? What if you are so blinded by optimism that you leap at the first opportunity only to lose everything?
Psychic guides are also available to help you through the decision making process. Finding out the name of your guide(s) is easy. All you have to do is ask, wait, and listen. Different energies surround us all of the time.
Guidance is yours for the taking, but getting in right takes time, patience, and practice. Make it fun. Play with your abilities. Notice your feelings. There is no right or wrong. There is only experience. In time what was once and effort will become effortless. Use them wisely. Psychic abilities are not a guarantee. They are a guide, and should be used as such. They can help you expand your awareness, and when the boundaries of your mind broaden, amazing things can happen.
