God is not an exaggerated lie

Please know that I am trying to share my views, partly from an opinion point. I think that God is truth and in him there is no darkness at all. The lack of light in a person’s life means they are in darkness; among the people of the world we expect a see light and darkness trying to mix.

Because God exist in the pureness of light, with absolute perfection, it is impossible for Him to lie. God gives us salvation as we submit to him in faith, and He will not mislead His people.

If nothing is impossible with God why can He not lie?

It means He is Almighty, nothing is impossible for God to do, but He chooses not to lie. A lie is to negate from the truth. God is truth, and cannot negate himself.

In a sense the spiritual life is the reflection of Gods grace in our lives, the reflection can give others a ray of hope. People sometimes need to see the good deeds of Christianity radiating from our hearts into the community. We are children of light in a world of darkness.

Walk in the light

So that the people who walk may see a great light, and come to worship the Lord, light can be define as values, faith, belief in the Lord, moral integrity on a right path chosen. To have the light shining in our lives it is not a random choice, but one that is taken with consideration.

The remnants of this world may choose random paths to walk in, where the dimness of light is a happy-go-lucky wheel of fortune, and they may feel more comfortable with what they know, but God chooses those who he foreknew, and sanctifies them.

But you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for God’s own possession, that you may proclaim the Excellencies of Him who has called you out of darkness into His marvelous light;” (1 Peter 2:9).

In reference to the church in the wilderness

We are a called out assembly of people, meaning the “Ecclesia”. Used in the Greek word, called for a united purpose, in Deuteronomy 4:10 it refers to the people of Israel. The Jews were His chosen people, but God has also called the Gentiles His people and His loved ones.

Today the church is made of those saved by the mercy of God, and we are warned to walk in the light as God is in the light for in him there is no darkness at all. God cannot lie.

God is not an exaggerated lie

Hebrews 6:18: That by two immutable things, in which it was impossible for God to lie, we might have a strong consolation, who have fled for refuge to lay hold upon the hope set before us: our work does not impress God, they are like filthy rags, for none of us can save ourselves, we do not have the perfection of divine purity, nor the totality of righteousness without sin.

Beware of false prophet who will twist the scriptures to make it appear appealing, and teach things that are simply not true. From a scriptural point of view they may be teaching that God is wrong and they are right, but the concept is camouflage and lace with trickery; figures don’t lie, but liars can figure things out.

For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: not of works, lest any man should boast.  That is pretty clear.  You are saved through faith and not of yourselves, not of works! Ephesians 2:8.
